Danny Dickstein is a classically trained chef with a degree in Holistic Culinary Nutrition & Wellness, combining refined culinary technique with a deep commitment to ingredient & sourcing integrity. His career spans time in NYC ad platform sales, New York City kitchens, private dining experiences, and intimate multi-course pop-ups—always anchored by a belief that food should be both delicious and nourishing. Driven by his own health journey, Danny became intensely focused on sourcing: thoughtfully grown ingredients from local family farms, high-quality, sustainable & traceable proteins, from-scratch recipes free from industrial seed oils, refined sugars & artificial additives in favor of real, actual food. His approach prioritizes quality, transparency & care at every step.
