We’re a weekly chef-prepared meal delivery service. Place your order between Wednesday 10am and Sunday 10am. Choose at least 4 mains and add any sides, broths, breakfasts or snacks. We cook and deliver your meals fresh on Monday evening (between 6-8pm) — ready for your week.

Nope. No membership, no subscription, no strings. Order when you want, skip when you don’t. Totally flexible.

We only use 100% organic & high-quality ingredients. With the exception of a few speciality items, each ingredient is locally sourced from within 200 miles of NYC. Everything is cooked from scratch, with mineral salt only, fully seed-oil free, and made with grass-fed, pasture-raised, wild-caught proteins. We work directly with small farms, ranches, and purveyors we trust. This is real food — no shortcuts.

Dishin’ was founded by Danny Dickstein — a classically trained chef with a degree in Holistic Culinary Nutrition & Wellness. After years in small NYC kitchens, private dining, and pop-ups, Danny built Dishin’ to bring high-integrity, chef-made, nutrient-dense food to busy people looking to eat real.

We deliver throughout most of New York City — Manhattan, Brooklyn, parts of Queens, and select areas in Jersey City and Hoboken. Delivery is free when your order is $140+.

Deliveries go out Monday evenings. Drivers pick up orders from our kitchen around 5:30pm and head out on their routes. Most deliveries arrive between 5:30-8:00pm. While we aim to hit that window, NYC traffic can sometimes cause delays. We’ll always give you a heads up.

You’ll receive real-time text updates from our delivery dispatch — when your order is out for delivery, when it's en route, and when you're up next. If anything changes, you can text us anytime at (929) 481-3329.

It’s important that someone is available to receive your order, or that clear delivery instructions are provided ahead of time. If no one is home and no instructions are given, we may not be able to complete your delivery. You can leave directions to drop with a doorman, at your door, inside the building (if accessible), or another safe location. Timely responses to delivery texts also help ensure smooth drop-off.

We rotate the menu seasonally — roughly every few months — to reflect what’s fresh and available. Customer favorites stay on as long as possible, but we’ll weave in new seasonal vegetables, rotate proteins, and introduce fresh specials every couple of weeks to keep things interesting while staying rooted in the best of what’s available.

Yes. Many of our mains offer options to swap proteins (ex: chicken, beef, shrimp, tofu), choose your sides, and select sauces. We also accommodate most dietary preferences during checkout.

We list common allergens for each dish, and you can enter any dietary restrictions when ordering. While we handle every meal with care, our kitchen does process nuts, dairy, gluten, and other allergens. If you have any special requests, please don’t hesitate to share with us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

All meals are made fresh for Monday delivery and designed to hold quality for 4-5 days when properly refrigerated. Certain items (like broths, overnight oats, or sides) can last even longer. Some items are best enjoyed earlier in the week, so feel free to ask for a recommendation!
